This event was a collaborative venture between creativeShift, Connecting through Culture as we age project (University of Bristol) and the Culture West programme with input from Sirona all hosted by Bristol Beacon.
The premise behind the event was to showcase various projects that had benefitted from funding to deliver programmes that supported health and wellbeing using creativity and cultural activities. In addition to the showcase, key stakeholders from across the NHS Integrated Care Board and local government were invtied to a round table to discuss funding opportunities and see tangible evidence of the programmes success. There was also a panel discusion outlining the research and evaluation that has been taking place over many years.

Working together
One of the critical outputs from this event was the creation of an illustrated ecosystem of all the stakeholders involved in the delivery of Creative Health programmes across the city. On the day many new organisations made connections to add themselves to the map. If you feel your organisation would benefit from being recognised on this illustration and part of the dynamic working practices across the city do get in touch.
One of our facilitators Jess Baum, ran a particular workshop on the day which helped the research department of behavioural science and health at UCL. Jess put together some information about this which you can read more about on thispage.
